Wolverhampton Wanderers take time over Balde
Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club are in no rush to decide over Bobo Balde.
The 33-year-old has been training with the Premier League new-boys this summer, and has featured in pre-season friendlies against Bristol City and Walsall.
Balde played just four times last season for Celtic, who he left at the end of the campaign, and Mick McCarthy wants him to prove his fitness if he wants a deal at Molineux.
"A decision may be a while because Bobo isn't fit enough yet - he hasn't played for a long time," McCarthy told the club's official website. "By his own admission he's not fully fit yet.
“He needs to get some time on the pitch. It may be a while before a decision, but he wants that too because he wants to show us what he can do when he's fully fit."
