Hull City decide against taking Thomas
Hull City Football Club have decided against signing Jerome Thomas.
The winger is available on a free transfer this summer and has been on trial with the Tigers, but manager Phil Brown has decided against taking the former Charlton Athletic and Portsmouth player.
"Jerome trained with us and we thanked him for his efforts," Brown told the club's official website. "But we didn't feel that Jerome was going to improve what we've already got."
Thomas has played in City’s opening three fixtures of their pre-season programme, but he must now look elsewhere for a club ahead of the 2009/10 campaign.
