Hitch delays Kolo Toure's move from Arsenal to Man City?
Kolo Toure's proposed move from Arsenal to Man City has hit a hitch.
Toure has not yet agreed severance pay with Arsenal and quite a lot is owed to the Ivory Coast international as he was due a testimonial in 2011.
This issue needs to be resolved before a deal can be completed.
