Eduardo ready to fill Adebayor void at Arsenal
Eduardo is ready to fill the void left by Emmanuel Adebayor’s departure from Arsenal Football Club.
Adebayor left the Emirates Stadium for Manchester City last weekend, and so far Arsene Wenger has made no moves to replace the Togo international ace.
However, there appears to be a genuine belief in the Gunners camp that Eduardo, who has been blighted with injury since moving to England, is about to come good.
"He looks fit and mobile and what is very important is that he looks very confident too," Wenger told arsenal.com. "He doesn't look scared coming back from injury so for me it is very positive.”
The 26-year-old has only played 17 Premier League games since his £7.5million move from Dinamo Zagreb in the summer of 2007, but could this finally be his year?
