No suitable bids for Leeds United starlet
12:56 PM 02 August, 2009
Leeds United insist they are yet to receive a suitable bid for Fabian Delph.

The highly-rated midfielder has been linked with Aston Villa, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur in the past couple of weeks, but Leeds are yet to receive an acceptable offer for the player.

"We've had two bids from Premier League clubs over two weeks ago that we turned down," the manager of the League One club, Simon Grayson, told Sky Sports News.

"They were nowhere near the target of the realistic aim that we are looking to receive, but I know that could change at any time. That's football for you.

"As long as he's contracted to us he'll show and perform like he has done all over pre-season, but obviously we're aware anything could happen as well."
