Ancelotti: Chelsea need Deco quality
12:30 PM 08 August, 2009
Chelsea Football Club’s Deco has been given a huge boost ahead of the new season.

The Portugal international arrived at Stamford Bridge from Inter Milan last summer, but after a bright start to life in England, he faded badly in the second half of the season.

Deco has been linked with a move to Inter Milan, as has Ricardo Carvalho, but new Blues boss Carlo Ancelotti insists both are important players for the club.

"We never talked about selling Carvalho or Deco," he said on skysports.com.

"They are important players for Chelsea. Carvalho is a very intelligent defender and Deco has a great quality. This team needs the quality of Deco. They will stay at Chelsea for this season.”

i'am a true blu supporter frm long ago i use to go on cold rainy days and watch dem lose! i"am worried bout my team the youth policy we seem to always use a quick-fix system now, it has caught up wif us all main players are 28-32 all youth players are farmed out to various clubs without gettin a first-team chance although we got one of the best trainning facilities around it wd be good to get some home-grown talent overseas youth players to break into first team.
