Zenden keeps Blackburn Rovers waiting
Boudewijn Zenden is happy to keep Blackburn Rovers Football Club waiting this summer.
Sam Allardyce is said to be interested in the former Chelsea, Liverpool and Middlesbrough star, who is available on a free transfer following the end of his contract at Marseille.
Is has been claimed that Bolton Wanderers and Stoke City are also keen, and although Zenden would like a move arranged shortly, the 33-year-old insists he is in no rush.
"The transfer market will close in one week, but I'm not worried,” said the Dutchman. "I'm a free transfer. I do not have to hurry. They know I'm available.
“I would not want to wait too long. It would be nice if I also have found a new club by Tuesday. I have some offers running and probably will go to the UK."
