Stoke City Football Club have completed the signing of Danny Collins.

The defender has spent the past few days discussing a move to the Potteries after an offer was accepted by Sunderland, and the Britannia Stadium club have now sealed his signature.

City will pay £2.75million for Collins, who has already been replaced at the Stadium of Light by Michael Turner, who was signed from Hull City on Monday afternoon.
