Jimmy Walker has completed a move to Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

The 36-year-old has been without a club after being released by West Ham United last season, after finding himself out of favour following Robert Green’s arrival at Upton Park.

Harry Redknapp was eager to land a new goalkeeper following the injury to Heurelho Gomes, and he was heavily linked with England international David James.

However, the 39-year-old has stayed at Portsmouth, so the White Hart Lane manager has opted for Walker, who will be provide cover for Carlo Cudicini.
