Everton boss warns of Fellaini struggle
David Moyes expects Marouane Fellaini to struggle to match his performances of last season for Everton Football Club.
The £15million Belgian international became an instant hit with the Goodison Park faithful last season, as he became something of a cult hero on the terraces.
However, his manager has warned the fans that Fellaini may find if difficult to match these performances this season, although he is sure the midfielder will emerge a better player.
“His second season will be tough,” he told the Liverpool Echo. “I thought the first six months of this season would be the hardest for him, and he might find it tough to reach those heights again.
“He has been a bit down but the good thing is that he knows about it, he is aware of it. That gives me great hope. When players don't recognise that they are not playing as well as they should be, that's when you have problems but Felli recognises he can play much better."
