Carlo Cudicini has hailed the impact of Harry Redknapp at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

When Redknapp replaced Juande Ramos last season the Londoners were facing a relegation fight, but he kept them up with ease and this season they have won all four of their league openers.

"Every manager has got good aspects," Cudicini said on BBC London 94.9. "Harry is doing a great job here at Tottenham, since he arrived here the team seems to have taken off.

“This season we are doing very well, so hopefully we are on the right way. He has changed the confidence, the belief. When players believe in themselves you get results, it's the best mix."
