Geraldo Wendel s played down reports linking him with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

Harry Redknapp is said to be interested in the 27-year-old Brazilian, but the midfielder insists he is happy in France with Ligue 1 champions Bordeaux.

"I am not thinking about it at the moment," said Wendel. "I am under contract at Bordeaux until 2012. It is true that I feel really good in the region and the city.

“I have bought a house here, my son loves it here and he has just started playing football. We have friends in Bordeaux, it is really cool."
