Ryan Nelsen believes Blackburn Rovers Football Club’s Paul Robinson is in fine form.

Since moving from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer the goalkeeper is slowly rediscovering the form which made him England number one, which has not gone unnoticed by Nelsen.

"Every professional in their career goes through ups and downs, that is the rollercoaster life of being a footballer," the New Zealand international told Sky Sports.

"He has rode that low and you can tell that he is on his way up, you can tell that from his body language and playing and I am sure it won’t be long before he is back in between the posts for England."
