Amr Zaki admits he would love to return to England, amidst speculation of a move to Portsmouth.

The Egyptian striker spent last season on loan at Wigan Athletic, where he made a sensational start before eventually falling out with manager Steve Bruce.

Now back at Zamalek, Zaki has been the subject of recent speculation linking him with a move to Pompey in the New Year, and he admits he would love to return to the Premier League.

"I want to get back (to England) to prove that I am a good player, and that I have learned from my mistakes,” he said. "Maybe if I went back to England, I would finish my career there."
