Doyle happy with Wolverhampton Wanderers start
08:30 AM 19 October, 2009
Kevin Doyle is happy with his start at Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club.

The Premier League new-boys paid a club record £6.5million to take the striker from Reading in the summer, and he has responded with three goals to date.

"I'm pleased with my start at Wolves. But I missed a lot of pre-season due to an operation and then missed the first few games of the campaign," said Doyle.

"But I'm fit and beginning to play okay. Wolves spent a lot of money on me and now I am able to start repaying them for that. It is good to be feeling sharp and getting goals.”
