Manchester City eyeing fullback recruitment
Manchester City Football Club are said to be interested in signing two new fullbacks.
The Mirror claim manager Mark Hughes is not convinced by Micah Richards, Pablo Zabaleta or Wayne Bridge, and will look to add more competition to the fullback roles in January.
City paid around £40million to recruit Kolo Toure and Joleon Lescott for the centre of their back four in the summer, and only Aston Villa and Chelsea have conceded less this season.
But this isn’t convincing enough for the mega-ambitious Eastlands outfit, who will again flex their financial muscle as soon as the window swings open in the New Year.
