Madjid Bougherra insists his future is at Rangers Football Club.

Hull City have been linked with a January bid for the defender, but the 27-year-old Algerian international insists he wants to remain at Ibrox.

“I have not changed my intentions from last season,” said Bougherra. “I will definitely stay in Glasgow and I will finish the season at the club.

“Personally, I love life at Rangers. I feel great in Glasgow, plus I need stability, because it is one of the keys to success, especially on the eve of the Africa Cup of Nations and, I hope, a World Cup.”
