WEST HAM UNITED Football Club’s Julien Faubert could be on his way out in January.

The France international has struggled to make an impact in England following his transfer from Bordeaux in the summer of 2007, which cost the Londoners around £6million.

In fairness, the player was injured early on in his debut season, and last term he was surprisingly loaned out to Real Madrid who rejected the chance to take him permanently.

Reports in Germany suggest Faubert is a January target for Schalke, who will look to take him should they lose their current right wing back Rafinha, who is wanted by Juventus.
