HASSAN YEBDA wants to stay at Portsmouth Football Club.
The midfielder is on a season-long loan from Benfica, but he hopes to make his stay at Fratton Park permanent after enjoying his start to life in England despite his side’s struggles.
"It was a dream (to move to the Premier League),” Yebda told The News. "I will be happy to stay. The most important thing is to play with Portsmouth, to make a big season, and the club and the team.
"Afterwards, we will see. The most important thing now is to build on the Wigan Athletic game. Now I'm here, I will do the best for Portsmouth."
