Peterborough United axe Ferguson
05:06 PM 09 November, 2009
Darren Ferguson has been sacked as manager of Peterborough United Football Club.

Sir Alex’s son won promotion to the Championship with Posh last season, but he has found life difficult this term having taken just 11 points from 16 matches.

It has now been reported that the Posh have decided to sack Ferguson, following a 3-1 loss to Newcastle United which leaves them bottom of the league.

It remains to be seen what the fans think of this decision, having seen the Scottish coach lead the club to back-to-back promotions in the past couple of seasons.

God only hopes he can find a manager that spells better than you, otherwise he'll be chanting "Come on, you PISH."
