Allardyce lines up £4million Sweden international
Rasmus Elm has emerged as a January target for Blackburn Rovers Football Club.
The Sweden international had a number of Premier League clubs interested in him during the summer, most notably Everton and Manchester City.
However, the 21-year-old Sweden international midfielder turned his back on a move to England, and instead left Kalmar FF for AZ Alkmaar in a £4million deal.
But the Mirror claims Elm is now regretting his decision, and it is being claimed that Sam Allardyce is set to make an offer to take him to Ewood Park in the winter.
