AC Milan have been advised to make a move for Andrea Dossena.

The Italian fullback has failed to establish himself in the Liverpool side since making a move from Udinese last summer, and he looks set to return to Serie A this January.

Napoli and Roma have both been heavily linked with Dossena, but his agent, Roberto La Florio, has told Itasportpress.it that Milan would do well to try and snap him up.

“I could see Dossena doing well at Milan,” he said. “There was an inquiry from the Rossoneri last summer. I believe that after Fabio Grosso, Dossena is the best Italian player in his position.”
