Arshavin urges Arsenal to spend – and BIG

Andrey Arshavin wants Arsenal Football Club to buy big in the New Year.

The Russian international is eager to taste silverware with the Gunners this season, and he believes Arsene Wenger should make some big signings to boost their chances.

"Arsene needs to buy new players and expensive ones. All the talented and inexpensive players are already with us and the players who could really boost our power are all costly to bring in,” he said.

"I realise that if we buy a star, someone in the squad will be rejected but this is fair. It is the manager's job to decide such things."

we are really tired of been trophiless,arsene wenger get us a better striker to boost our attacking,a strong offensive mid-fielder,replacement for vermalen and gallas .this new policy is not helping matter @ all.

Wenger must buy another central defender and a defending midfielder.Currently de defence and midfield is solid but we need strong substutes

i think we have a very talented squad and we dun nid to change drastically. We just nid to buy 1 quality keeper like Akinfeev or Lloris or asenjo. Our fullbacks are probably the best in the EPL our CB are quite solid our midfield are CLASS cause we got a world class player in Fabregas then Alex Song is blooming into a star our strikers RVP and Arshavin are world class too. And our bench looks pretty solid too. Djourou,Gibbs,Nasri,Ramsey,Vela,Wilshere,Walcott will be stars. Rosicky,Eduardo,Eboue,Bendtner and Denilson are also dependable. Im convinced that our bench is the best in EPL. Its the GK department im worried about.

its time to go out and spend 30 mil on de rossi, that will make our midfield unstoppable and he will be our michael essien, idc how much it costs to get him we have the money and lets just go do it everyone knows that would add steel in the midfield and we would have incredible depth, GO BUY HIM WENGER SOMEONE IN ENGLAND PLEASE TELL HIM THIS
