Jonjo Shelvey is a reported target for Chelsea Football Club.

The midfielder is the youngster ever player to play in Charlton Athletic’s first team, after making his debut in April of last year aged just 16 years and 59 days.

He has since gone on to make over thirty league appearances for the London club, who may be forced to sell him in the New Year to ease their financial position.

The Mirror claim Carlo Ancelotti is interested in Shelvey, now 17-years-old, but he could face competition from Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
