Nigel Reo-Coker could be a January target for Everton Football Club.

The Toffees have had a miserable season so far, especially when it was considered they would launch a bid for a top-four finish and UEFA Champions League football.

Their campaign has been interrupted by a number of key injuries, and David Moyes has revealed he intends to add to his squad when the transfer window reopens.

Reo-Coker is widely expected to leave Aston Villa due to a much-publicised bust-up with Martin O’Neill earlier this season, and the Toffees could offer him the chance to remain in the top-flight.

However, Moyes is likely to face rival competition for the former West Ham United star, with Fulham and Tottenham Hotspur linked with taking the midfielder back to London.
