Tottenham Hotspur Football Club are said to be interested in Madjid Bougherra.

Harry Redknapp is keen to add to his White Hart Lane back four in January, due to the injury problems suffered, in particularly, to Jonathan Woodgate and Ledley King.

Reports in The Sun claim the Spurs manager has targeted a £4million bid for Rangers defender Bougherra, who has been in impressive form this season.

The 27-year-old Algerian international has previous experience of playing in England with Crewe Alexandra, Sheffield Wednesday, and Charlton Athletic.
