Bolton Wanderers may succeed with Adam bid
Ian Holloway admits he may be powerless to prevent Charlie Adam leaving Blackpool Football Club.
Bolton Wanderers have been heavily linked with the former Rangers player, and Holloway admits he may struggle to reject a sizeable offer for the midfield player.
"I never, ever want to sell any of my players,” said the Blackpool manager. “But sometimes the financial climate deems you have to. Of course I don't want to sell him but the boy wants to get on.
“He's 23 and I promised him when he signed we were going to get to the Premier League and that hopefully he'd do it with us. If not I told him I could help him get there anyway."
