Wolverhampton Wanderers given Hulse green-light
10:00 AM 08 December, 2009
Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club have been given the green-light to bid for Rob Hulse.

Mick McCarthy wants to add the experienced striker to his squad when the January transfer window opens, as he looks for extra firepower in his ranks at Molineux.

Although Nigel Clough would obviously prefer to keep Hulse at Derby County, he admits all offers will have to be considered, sparking speculation of a £4million Wolves bid.

"It's the same with any player. If an offer comes in we will consider it on its merits,” said the former Nottingham Forest and Liverpool midfield schemer.
