Owen Coyle believes Burnley Football Club have something special in Chris Eagles.

Speaking after the 1-1 home draw with Fulham on Saturday afternoon, the Clarets boss was full of praise for the former Manchester United midfield player.

"Eagles was outstanding. He was out on his legs and he gave everything and on that form, if he does it every week, then the world is his oyster,” Coyle told Sky Sports.

Eagles, 24, has started just six Premier League games this season, and has also made a further eight outings from the substitutes bench.
