Allan McGregor could be heading to Tottenham Hotspur Football Club in January.

Following the motorcycle accident which has prematurely ended Carlo Cudicini’s season, Harry Redknapp is in the market for a new goalkeeper in January.

According to the Sunday Mirror, the Spurs manager has identified McGregor for a move to White Hart Lane, and is hoping to take him on an initial loan deal.

The 27-year-old Scotland international is currently contracted to Glasgow Rangers, but the cash-strapped Ibrox club may be willing to listen to offers to offload his salary from their wage bill.
