Tottenham Hotspur Football Club are interested in Maynor Figueroa.

The Honduran international is proving to be a huge hit in the Premier League with Wigan Athletic, who signed him when Steve Bruce was in charge last year.

Now manager of Sunderland, Bruce is determined to take the 26-year-old to the Stadium of Light in January, but he faces stiff competition.

According to the Mirror, Harry Redknapp has identified Figueroa for a move to White Hart Lane, and will try and tempt the Latics with an offer of £6million.
