Sir Alex Ferguson believes Ryan Giggs could play on for another two years.

The Manchester United legend has just penned a new deal which will keep him at Old Trafford until the end of next season, but Ferguson believes he may even extend this stay.

"Ryan deserves a new contract and I am sure that he will play for another two years,” he told the official club site. "His form is fantastic at the moment and he is playing some of his best football."

Giggs has played more times than anyone in the history of the current Premier League champions, and is also the most decorated having won, amongst others things, eleven league titles.
