Sunderland Football Club have been linked with Radosav Petrovic.

Steve Bruce’s side made a great start to the season, but their form has dipped in recent weeks and their away form remains a huge worry for their ambitions of a lofty finish.

It is being suggested in the News of the World that the Black Cats are preparing a £3million bid for Partizan Belgrade star Petrovic, who is a Serbian international.

The 20-year-old, who stands at 6ft 4in, is a defensive midfield player, and in the summer he was linked with a move to Premier League new-boys Birmingham City.
