Wigan Athletic Football Club’s Olivier Kapo is wanted by Atalanta and Genoa.

The French midfielder has made just one Premier League substitute appearance for the Latics this season, and was overlooked for their FA Cup clash against Hull City on Saturday.

"I am not injured, I am training hard, and I am keen to play, but I don't play, it is very annoying," Kapo told L'Equipe. "I want a change, I want a new and real challenge."

Boulogne have confirmed their interest in the former Juventus star, 29, and now reports suggest Genoa and Atalanta are lining up bids to take him to Serie A.
