Radoslav Kovac expects a new signing at West Ham United Football Club this month.

Although the Hammers are experiencing financial difficulties, Kovac is confident they will make an addition to their squad now the window has swung open.

And with Carlton Cole also expected back from injury this month, the Czech midfielder is sure the Upton Park side can pull away from relegation trouble.

"As soon as Cole returns to action we will improve, I think. Personally, I am expecting a new signing to arrive during January. We will recover,” said Novak.
