Fulham Football Club have been given the go-ahead to sign Stefano Okaka.

Roy Hodgson is keen to bolster his attacking options at Craven Cottage this winter, as he looks to build on another fine first half of the season.

The Cottagers boss was heavily linked with Okaka at the weekend, and reports in Italy claim a deal is likely to be rubber-stamped during the course of the week.

The 20-year-old is currently contracted to Serie A giants Roma, but he has yet to make a league start for the Giallorossi this season, and is set to end the season on loan in England.
