West Ham United consider Huth swoop
Robert Huth could be a target for West Ham United Football Club.
Although the Hammers have no cash to spend during the January window, they may raise funds by selling some of their existing star players.
Matthew Upson is a reported target for both Liverpool and Manchester City, and his sale would generate a fee of around £8million.
According to The Sun, Gianfranco Zola would then use part of this sum to lure Huth, formerly of Chelsea and Middlesbrough, to Upton Park.
The German international only joined Stoke City in the summer following Boro’s relegation, so it is doubtful Tony Pulis would be prepared to let him leave so soon.
