Belhadj could be Blackburn Rovers-bound
04:00 PM 08 January, 2010
Nadir Belhadj is wanted by Blackburn Rovers Football Club.

The former Lens fullback has been in and out of the Portsmouth side this season, and the cash-strapped Fratton Park club could sell to ease their financial problems.

According to The Sun, Sam Allardyce would like to add the player to his squad at Ewood Park, but he faces a race against time to clinch a deal this month.

Belhadj is currently on international duty in Angola in the African Cup of Nations, so much may depend on when Algeria are eliminated from the competition.
