Belhadj still on Tottenham Hotspur radar
02:00 PM 12 January, 2010
Nadir Belhadj is believed to still be a target for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

The fullback was introduced to English football by Harry Redknapp, who brought the player to Portsmouth from French side Lens in September 2008.

Now in charge at White Hart Lane, reports claim Redknapp is keen to take the 27-year-old to Spurs this month, taking advantage of Pompey’s perilous financial situation.

Belhadj is currently away with Algeria in the African Cup of Nations, and after their shock 3-0 defeat to Malawi, this latest transfer news may at least offer him some cheer.

Dont believe it, lets be honest, since harry came to spurs he has been linked with most of the pompey squad, but not going to put there team down, but who do pompey have that would make our team now, most of them came from us in the first place, and i dont think harry would be so much of an arse as to take anymore than he has, but then Dafoe never wanted to leave spurs in the first place, he jumped as soon as he could to get back, No harry, leave the pomps alone, there suffering too much as it is, leave there players where they are, give them a chance to fight for there survival, if they get relegated they will most properly go bankrupt at this stage
