Everton Football Club may yet return with an offer for Hatem Ben Arfa.

The Toffees are looking to bolster their squad with loan signings this month, with Arsenal’s Jack Wilshire believed to be on David Moyes wanted list.

It is being reported in France that the Premier League side have also moved for Ben Arfa, but Marseille are not prepared to let the 22-year-old leave at the moment.

However, this could change if the French side can lure Amantino Mancini from Inter Milan, a move they are hoping to pull off within the next ten days.

If they get the green-light to sign the Brazilian then the controversial Ben Arfa could be available, and Moyes will be waiting to make a fresh approach.
