Blackburn Rovers Football Club reportedly interested in Nigel Reo-Coker.

The midfielder has struggled for game-time this season with Aston Villa under manager Martin O’Neill, who he had a bust-up with earlier this term.

The 25-year-old has started just six of the Midland club’s twenty fixtures in the Premier League, and he has long been linked with an exit this month.

Reports in the Daily Express claim O’Neill is ready to offload Reo-Coker whilst the window is open, and this could be of interest to Sam Allardyce.

However, the player is valued in the region of £5million, which could prove difficult for Rovers, who would prefer to take him on an initial loan spell.
