Lucas Neill has nothing but praise for Everton Football Club.

The Australian international is set to leave the Toffees for Turkish side Galatasaray in an £800,000 deal, just months after moving to Goodison Park on a free transfer.

Neill, 31-years-old, has agreed an eighteen-month contract with his new club, but he has nothing but praise for the club he is leaving behind.

"I've loved it from the moment I got there. The club have been so welcoming and the guys in the changing room have been amazing," he told Sky Sports.

"To everybody at Everton, I'll thank every single one of them. My time there has been magnificent and I'll wish them the very best for the season.”
