Arsenal land Bolivian sensation
11:07 AM 16 January, 2010
Arsenal Football Club have signed youngster Samuel Galindo.

The 17-year-old Bolivian midfielder has joined the Gunners from Real America, but the Premier League side aim to loan him out to gain regular first team experience.

"I'm looking to send him out on loan. We have a few clubs in mind," confirmed Arsene Wenger.

“He has good technique. He's intelligent, 6ft 2in tall, left-footed with good stamina. He is a central midfielder who can give good balls. He has good vision too which we like here."

Hi Dave, much appreciated, I had heard that we may have got Wellington but missed confirmation so thats great news and good to see Nordtviet is at least playing regular football even as defensive midfielder. I have a feeling he may be a real top signing as he has been kept out of sight for his development. Lets hope. Up the Gunners and lets at least make the rest work this year and with a bit of luck and some great play , lets hope for some great performances.

Great signing and even more talent to develop. That is why we are not financially crippled and the club continues to grow unlike some of our competition that is now spent up. Has anyone heard yet whether we have got Wellington or not?? Also I feel that Canales will again add more quality. I also wonder how our centre half Nortveit?? is getting on as he hopefully will be developing into another Tony Adams for the future. Does anyone know??
