Hull City confirm Zaki interest
02:20 PM 17 January, 2010
Hull City Football Club have confirmed an interest in Amr Zaki.

The Egyptian international spent last season on loan at Wigan Athletic, and although he made a stunning start to life in England, he eventually fell out with Steve Bruce.

Zaki returned to his homeland with Zamalek, but he is expected to return to the Premier League for a loan stint during the second half of this season.

Sky Sport claim an agreement has been reached between the Tigers and Zaki’s club, and Phil Brown admits he is interested in taking the 26-year-old striker.

"He is a player we are interested in," he said.
