Real Madrid may decide against pursuing Franck Ribery.

The Spanish giants have had the France international playmaker on their radar for the best part of two years, and the 26-year-old is said to be keen on a move to the Bernabeu.

However, reports in Sport claim Los Blancos president Florentino Perez is going cold on the Bayern Munich star, due to his constant injury problems this season.

Ribery has appeared just six times in the Bundesliga so far during the 2009/10 campaign due to a knee injury, and earlier this year he also suffered a toe problem.

Such knocks could scupper his dream move to the Spanish capital, although there is sure to be a queue of clubs willing to take a chance on him if he does leave Munich.
