Weiss set for Bolton Wanderers loan
Vladimir Weiss claims to have agreed a loan deal at Bolton Wanderers Football Club.
The 20-year-old is on the fringes of the Manchester City first team picture, but he claims he will now see the season out at the Reebok Stadium after snubbing Wigan Athletic.
This will give the Slovakian international the chance of regular first team football ahead of the World Cup Finals, when he will hope to showcase his talents on the biggest stage of all.
"Still on Thursday it looked in the balance, either Bolton or Wigan," Weiss told Dennik Sport . "I personally spoke with both managers, Mr Coyle and Mr Martinez.
“They are both very sympathetic, so in this aspect it was all-square in my decision-making. I would say that the decisive thing is that Bolton were more persistent.
“When I was going through the club, I thought, 'okay, this is the right club'."
