Manchester City quoted €25million for Gago
Manchester City Football Club have been told to pay €25million if they want Fernando Gago.
The Argentine international is struggling to find regular first team football at Real Madrid this season, and he fears this could end his hopes of playing in the World Cup.
It was reported in the English media at the weekend that Roberto Mancini, the City manager, had tabled an offer of £15million to take the 23-year-old to Eastlands.
However, reports in AS claim the Spanish giants have told the Blues that they can sign Gago this month, so long as they offer a fee of €25million.
