Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club will make a final bid for Stephen Hunt.

The Republic of Ireland international only joined Hull City from Reading in the summer, in a deal which cost the Premier League side around £3.5million.

Despite this, Mick McCarthy has made the 29-year-old a top target this month, but he has seen two bids, believed to be £3milliona and £3.5million, rejected.

Reports now suggest the Molineux boss will make one final bid to add Hunt to his squad before Monday’s deadline, with a £4million offer set to be tabled.
