Arsenal Football Club will have to spend heavily if they want to sign Loic Remy.
The young France international has been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium club, who reportedly wanted to take him on loan during the winter market.
Remy didn’t make the move to England and remains part of the Nice squad in his homeland, but it seems inevitable he will leave when the window reopens in the summer.
And if Arsene Wenger is to renew his interest in the 23-year-old, then it is hugely unlikely he will be able to land his target in a temporary switch, according to the Daily Mail.
The tabloid claims both Lyon and Rennes are set to move to keep Remy in France during the 2010/11 season, and they are prepared to pay £13million for his signature.
