Anderson fighting for Manchester United future
11:30 AM 04 February, 2010
Anderson has five months to rescue his Manchester United Football Club career.

After an impressive debut campaign in England, when he helped the Reds to Premier League and UEFA Champions League success in 2008, the midfielder has failed to consistently impress.

Matter seemed to reach a head recently when we went AWOL after being left out of the squad to face Hull City, and there was interest in him from Paris St Germain during the winter.

The proposed loan deal failed to materialise as the French club refused to pay his wages for the rest of the season, and Anderson is now back in Manchester.

The Times claim Sir Alex Ferguson has given the former Porto star until the end of the campaign to prove his worth, or he faces being offloaded in the summer.

United paid around £17million for the 21-year-old, and should they choose to make him available, they are likely to demand at least £10million for his signature.
